Pass-through Charging
This docking station comes with a 24W PSU (Power Supply Unit). This is to ensure that there is enough power for the docking station to function without needing to take any power from your device_s connected charger. Thanks to the integrated PD 3.0 port, you can plug your device_s charger into the docking station and experience up to 100W pass-through charging (depending on the charger_s capabilities). This allows you to charge your device whilst working, without having to use up any more ports, meaning there is more connectivity potential for other peripherals and accessories.

As opposed to other extender solutions, this system requires only a single OM3 LC duplex multimode (50/125µm) fibre cable, which can be detached from the transmitter and receiver, also ensuring cabling can be ran though smaller spaces for a simple installation process.
The extender system comprises two modules, a transmitter and a receiver, which are connected directly to both the HDMI source and display. ARC support over HDMI allows for audio content to be returned from the display to a connected amplifier or soundbar, while local audio extraction allows for the connection of audio outputs for immersive multi-channel audio. Digital audio embedding at the receiver side can also be used for source audio, which can easily be switching via the dip-switch on the receiver unit.
PoC (Power over Cable) functionality provides additional flexibility. This allows power to be supplied alongside data through Cat.6 network cable in a point-to-point connection between the transmitter and receiver, meaning only a single power supply is required at the transmitter or receiver unit. Ideal for example when power outlets are limited at the receiver end of the installation.
Featuring bi-directional IR ports at both sides of the setup, the source equipment can be easily controlled from the display side, and the display can also be controlled from the HDMI source side. This extension system allows for complete and simple control for the user providing also RS-232 port via terminal block.
In addition, the power supply is connected via a screw type DC jack, providing a more secure and reliable connection, perfect for professional installations where accidental disconnections could create a major issue.

The Emulator also features LED indicators to ensure a quick simple installation process and with support for resolutions up to 7620x4320@30Hz or 3840x2160@144Hz HDR (Via cloning), HDCP 2.2 & DPCP 2.0 pass-through, this emulator is perfect for use with Ultra HD 4K monitors, Displays and source equipment.
A headless EDID adapter enables a simulated connection on the video source device without requiring an actual monitor to be connected.
With the small-scale and minimalistic design, this is a handy connectivity solution for both AV and IT installers to ensure legacy and new DP equipment works seamlessly with no compromise on performance.
This adapter can be used to quickly and easily clone the EDID data from the DP display so that the graphics card has direct access to the correct data from the display, the cloning process takes less than 10 seconds; Alternatively the EDID Emulator is configured with a preset EDID which uses the most common resolutions/timing combinations. Note: When EDID emulator is in headless mode rebooting/restarting will cause the resolution to default to 3840x2160@60Hz, 4:2:2, 8-bit.

Audio embedding or de-embedding at the transmitter side can easily be switched via the push button on the main unit while it supports audio de-embedding at the receiver side to connect an audio source.

This allows power to be supplied alongside data through Cat.6 network cable in a point-to-point connection between the transmitter and receiver, meaning only a single power supply is required at the transmitter unit. Ideal when power outlets are limited at the receiver end of the installation.
USB 2.0 ports allow for mouse, keyboard, and other devices to be connected to both units to control a source device such as a PC or laptop from each side of the installation. Featuring bi-directional IR ports at both sides of the setup, the source equipment can be easily controlled from the display side, and the display can also be controlled from the HDMI source side. Combined with CEC control, which allows commands from one main remote, this extension system allows for complete and simple control for the user. Bi-directional RS-232 and Ethernet ports also allow for integration into larger control systems, or connection to network switches and hubs with LAN access.
In addition, the power supply is connected via a screw type DC jack, providing a more secure and reliable connection, perfect for professional installations where accidental disconnections could create a major issue.
HDBaseT is a globally recognised standard for high quality distribution of AV content and other technologies, including power and control, over longer distances via low cost Cat.6 or above cable. To reach the best performances, U/FTP solid core Cat.6A or Cat.7 cable is recommended for HDBaseT 3.0.
