The card has 2 external and 2 internal SATA 6 Gbit/s ports - of which only 2 may be used at the same time. The jump settings are used to choose the port.

This PCI Express Host adapter can be used to extend a PC with two internal SerialATA 6Gbit/S interfaces. This card supports the PCIe 2.0 interface on the host side and two autonomous SATA ports on the device side.
