Featuring bi-directional IR ports at both sides of the setup, the source equipment can be easily controlled from the display side, and the display can also be controlled from the HDMI source side. The Lindy 70m Cat.6 HDMI 10.2G & IR Extender is a simple to use solution which lets the user extend HDMI signals up to 70m using a single low cost Cat.6 U/UTP cable (not included).
For added convenience, IR signals (20-60 kHz) can also be extended using the supplied IR receiver and emitter cables.

This extender features an HDMI loop-out port on the transmitter for local simultaneous viewing so that a local display can be connected for monitoring or to create an additional viewing zone. Professional HDMI Content Distribution
This 4x4 matrix allows for the distribution of HDMI content to 4 separate locations, using the included receivers, at up to 70m in distance, perfect for splitting or switching content to various displays in sports bars, events or residential home cinemas. Each Cat.6 extension output also has a simultaneous HDMI output for local monitoring for each zone, or for a larger install with closely located displays. This unit provides 3 HDMI, 1 DP and 1 Type C inputs with 1 HDBaseT and 1 HDMI local outputs; sources can be switched seamlessly pushing the buttons on the front panel, long press can activate different multiview options. This and many more functions such as auto-switch mode, select resolutions, EDID, PIP size, etc. can be managed via RS-232 commands.
2 outputs are mirrored while 3.5mm stereo audio output can be used for connecting speakers or headphones to get de-embedded audio.
