The Lindy 300m Fibre Optic HDMI & IR Extender is a high performance solution for extending 4K 60Hz Ultra HD transmissions over incredible distances, which are not possible with traditional copper based systems, using a single standard LC duplex multimode (50/125µm) fibre optic cable.
Support for the HDMI 2.0 specification allows for the transmission of highly detailed 4K Ultra HD resolutions, using smart methods of compression, which decompresses the signal at the receiver for a visually lossless picture. Also providing support for High-Dynamic Range, video content can be seen with enhanced brightness, greater contrasts and a much wider colour gamut, perfect for creating eye-catching digital signage in retail, impressive residential installations or taking sports venue distribution to new immersive levels. HDCP 2.2 compatibility also means that protected 4K content including movies and TV shows can be viewed without issue.
As opposed to the use of copper based extension systems, the use of fibre optic cable also ensures immunity to RF and EMI, providing a stable signal in ‘noisy’ retail or industrial environments which can have a high interference from electronics.
With the ability to extend signals up to 300m the extender provides huge installation flexibility, the transmitter can be easily connected to a variety of HDMI source devices such as Blu-Ray players, 4K HDR media players or PC's in a convenient location, while the receiver can be placed in a suitable viewing area along with a 4K display or projector.The extender can also support 4K@30Hz non-HDCP content up to 1.5km with single mode fibre cable, great for even longer distance distribution of gaming or PC content. The included mounting brackets also allow for a neat installation under desks or discreetly hidden behind displays. In addition, the power supply is connected via a screw type DC jack, providing a more secure and reliable connection, perfect for professional installations where accidental disconnections could create a major issue.
Featuring bi-directional IR and RS-232 ports, the extender provides the capability for source equipment to be seamlessly controlled from the display side, and the display can also be controlled from the HDMI source device, great for providing simple, flexible control over the installation for the user. Alternatively, when IR is not used, support for RS-232 enables the extension of control signals as part of a larger installation.

This Video Over IP controller enable a fast and reliable control system for 4K Over IP Extender installations. This unit provides a single interface to manage large installations including video walls with the option to create groups to simplify the control tasks. It's also possible to connect an HDMI monitor (max resolution 1080p) directly to this processor. A USB mouse can also be connected to the processor to control the interface without using a PC. Device management is controlled by a web based visual interface with signal preview making setup of the installation fast and intuitive. The convenient POE gigabit interface allows users to install the unit without connecting the included PSU.

This 4K matrix simultaneously routes HDMI 2.0 compliant signals from any of six input ports to either or both output ports. Three control options – front panel, RS232 and IP – ensure flexible operation.

The LINDY Fibre Optic HDMI 4K Extender is the most cost effective, high performance solution on the market for sending HDMI signals over incredible distances. Using a standard off the shelf LC duplex multimode (50/125µm) fibre optic cable to make the long distance connection, the extender supports uncompressed HDMI signal transmission for resolutions up to Ultra HD 4K 60Hz (4:2:0), making it ideal for use in Home Cinema, Professional AV and Digital Signage applications.
The extender system comprises two modules, a transmitter and a receiver, which are connected to both the HDMI source and display using standard HDMI cables of up to 3m. The modules are then connected together using a standard off the shelf LC duplex multimode (50/125µm) fibre optic cable of up to 300m in length when using HDCP protected content or up to 450m when using non-protected content such as a PC desktop or HDMI camera.
Support for IR extension can be added by purchasing the IR Extender Kit, which allows the control of IR equipment connected to the Transmitter from the remote Receiver.

The Lindy Switching Presentation Scaler is a versatile, professional solution for switching and scaling up to 4 AV source devices and outputting to a single display, while providing multiple seamless control options including separate table grommets for creating a collaborative meeting room environment or engaging presentations in the workplace or in education. With dual HDMI, VGA and DisplayPort input ports, this switch can be connected to a variety of source device including PCs, media players or laptops and output to a single display or projector, and with support for resolutions up to 4K@60Hz 4:2:0, content can be viewed in highly detailed Ultra HD quality. The in-built up and down scaler function ensures the optimum video quality possible of the display is used, easily controlled via a neat push button on the unit. Any VGA source device’s stereo audio can be separately embedded into HDMI, or extracted to stereo speakers to add dual channel audio to video content when audio pass-through is not available or a speaker system is preferred.

The HDMI WIFI Projector Server allows one or more users to stream sound & images such as presentations, videos or simple sound files to a connected projector. This is done via WIFI, which all modern laptops and other mobile devices have. The projector server functions as a WIFI router and supports the IEEE 802.11b/g/n protocols. This makes it possible to present and surf at the same time- to play a video from the Internet for example.
HD Video and audio are sent to the connected device together via HDMI. Alternatively, the Projector Server offers a VGA and audio interface for older devices.
The Administrator can control the display and connection of individual computers. He/she does this via the website provided by the Projector Server. The resolution and split screen mode can be configured from here.
Users can download the software which allows streaming to the projector server from the projector server itself.
Thanks to its very simple installation, this device can be use right away. The software can be loaded in different ways. It can be loaded via the browser over an existing WIFI connection, from a CD or the supplied USB stick.
Up to four different video sources can be shown on-screen on a projector. This makes it possible to compare or monitor several things next to each other for example.
Computer, Tablet, Smartphone
Mobile devices can also be connected to the projector server via an app, as well as the connection to a computer. iOS and Android are supported.
Additional USB interfaces
The USB interfaces attached to the front of the projector server are suitable for processing additional information from touchscreens or whiteboards, amongst other things. A mouse and keyboard can also be connected.
