The matrix also features PiP mode, which allows the user to generate multiple pictures on one display from the connected source devices, perfect for use in security, presentations with supporting data or collaborative working environments.
Please Note: When using DVI equipped devices with this HDMI splitter: To connect devices equipped with DVI connections, you can either use modular DVI/HDMI adapters or DVI/HDMI adapter cables. Please be aware that DVI is a "video only" interface, audio signals are not supported when using DVI devices.
The Lindy 70m Cat.6 HDMI 10.2G & IR Extender is a simple to use solution which lets the user extend HDMI signals up to 70m using a single low cost Cat.6 U/UTP cable (not included).
For added convenience, IR signals (20-60 kHz) can also be extended using the supplied IR receiver and emitter cables.
Supporting 4K resolutions up to 3840x2160@30Hz 4:4:4 8bit, video content can be seen with incredible clarity at distances up to 70m, perfect for use in a variety of AV and digital signage applications in a range of settings including residential setups, education, business, retail and healthcare.
This extender features an HDMI loop-out port on the transmitter for local simultaneous viewing so that a local display can be connected for monitoring or to create an additional viewing zone. To ensure the maximum compatibility when two displays are connected, the EDID data, which determines the supported video and audio formats, can be copied from either the local display connected to the transmitter or the remote display connected to the receiver.
Power over Cable (PoC) functionality enables the extender to operate from a single power supply connected to the transmitter, allowing the receiver to be located where there is limited access to mains power sockets, making it ideal for minimalist, discreet installations.
In addition to PoC functionality the extender's slim design allow it to be easier to install in limited spaces behind flat screen monitors or TVs.
Please Note: The quoted lengths and resolutions are possible with a direct connection between Transmitter and Receiver using good quality Cat.6 solid core cable. Using a different cable type, or introducing wall plates, couplers or patch panels will result in a reduction of possible distances.
This HDMI 4x1 Multi-View Switch is a high performance video switch which allows signals from four different Full HD sources to be integrated for simultaneous display on a single monitor. Featuring four different viewing modes (Quad-View, Full Screen, Picture and Picture & Dual Video) the Multi-view switch allows for the monitoring of multiple video sources in different viewing configurations to meet the requirements of standard installations.
