LINDY DVI KVM Switch Binds USB and Audio

Today we announce our latest KVM switch specially designed for power users and the high-performance Macs and PCs they use. The advanced KVM switch features DVI Dual link videos ports that support the highest screen resolutions, a two port USB hub for connecting and sharing peripherals between computers and connection jacks for speakers and microphone.

The LINDY KVM Switch Pro includes DVI-I, USB, Stereo speakers and microphone connection cables for up to four computers and is able to bind both audio and USB devices. This enables the user to switch machines, but still listen to audio or use USB devices on the other computer. Switching between computers is easy and can be achieved either by using the push button on the front panel or by keyboard hotkeys.

Despite being invented over twenty years ago, the significant advantages of being able to control two or more computers by a single keyboard, mouse and monitor, means that KVM Switches are still very much in demand today. Space saving is obviously a major benefit, but so is the reduction in cost of hardware and electricity, in addition to providing platform and OS independence.

Compatible with all major operating systems in any combination, the LINDY KVM Switch Pro requires no additional software and comes in a tough metal housing, which provides excellent shielding from interference. A two port version is also available. For lower resolution monitors, LINDY also produces the same model with a single link connection.
